Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are digital files that can't be returned once delivered, these rules apply.
Before delivery
If you change your mind before your files are sent, email hello@keepitincash.com with your name and order ID and we'll cancel and refund in full.
After delivery
Once the files have been delivered to your email, the order can't be cancelled or refunded, except in the cases below.
Faulty, wrong or missing files
If a file won't open, is incomplete, isn't the product you ordered, or never arrived, tell us within 7 days of payment. We'll send a working file, or refund you in full if we can't fix it.
Duplicate payments
If you were charged twice for the same order, we'll refund the extra payment in full.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days to your original payment method through Cashfree Payments. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
