Keep It In Cash, operated by Damini Sudhir Wadke, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We handle personal data in line with Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. What we collect

  • Details you give us: name, email address and phone number when you order, join our email list or contact us.
  • Order details: the product bought, amount paid, and order and payment reference numbers.
  • Website usage: pages visited, device and browser type, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
  • Tracker progress: the interactive tracker saves your progress on your own device (in your browser). We do not receive it.

We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled by Cashfree Payments under their own privacy policy.

2. Why we use it

  • To process orders and deliver your products.
  • To reply to your messages and give support.
  • To send emails you've signed up for. You can unsubscribe any time.
  • To understand how our site is used and improve it, including measuring our advertising on platforms such as Meta and Google.

3. Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the business: our payment partner, email provider, website host and analytics or advertising platforms. We never sell your personal data.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tools for site functions, analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as required for accounting and legal purposes, and other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.

6. Your rights

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your data, but no online service can be completely secure.

Our site is not meant for children under 18 to use without a parent or guardian.
